This website is operated by Giclees & Co. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Services

Giclees & Co provides high-quality, made-to-order giclée printing services. All products are custom-printed based on the files, sizes, and options selected by the customer at the point of order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not keep inventory.

3. Ordering Process

All orders must be placed through our website. Once an order is submitted and payment is received, it enters our production process. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure that all files and details are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as any other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All prices are listed in GBP by default and include VAT where applicable.

For orders placed outside the UK, we display prices in local currencies where possible and allow checkout in that currency. Currency conversion rates are determined at the point of checkout and may vary slightly due to real-time exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected. Giclees & Co is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Refunds

All of our products are custom-printed to order, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, customer errors, or unwanted items.

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free reprint to resolve the issue.

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. In most cases, a return will not be required. Refunds are only issued where a reprint is not suitable or possible.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015), which exempt custom-made goods from the standard 14-day return period.

8. Customer-Provided Artwork

By uploading files to our website, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce and print the content. Giclees & Co accepts no liability for copyright infringement on customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we deem unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in producing and delivering your order, Giclees & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
