At Giclees & Co, every order is custom-printed to your exact specifications using premium materials and professional print processes. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we’ve outlined our returns and refund policy below to keep things clear and fair.

Custom-Made Products

All of our products are made to order, which means they are produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change-of-mind purchases
Incorrect file uploads or order details
Colour differences caused by uncalibrated screens
Customer errors in size, cropping or artwork

If There’s a Problem With Your Order

We stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives:

Damaged in transit
With a manufacturing defect
Or containing errors in production or finish

We’ll put it right by offering a free reprint of the affected item.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the problem promptly.

To assess the issue, we’ll need:

Your order number
A short description of the problem
Clear photos showing the issue

Refunds

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds unless:

A reprint is not suitable
The product is not as described and we’re unable to rectify it

In these rare cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Do I Need to Return the Item?

In most cases, no return is required. We typically resolve issues using photographs. If a return is needed, we’ll arrange it and cover the cost.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and Consumer Rights Act (2015), personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day return period. However, this does not affect your right to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
